| Abstract: | The paper proposes to collect,integrate and utilize the resources which embody the urban characteristics,proceeding from the urban management on the basis of expounding the formation factors and the distinctive features of the urban characteristics.The aim of it is to sufficiently dig out and create the urban characteristics,thus forming the urban special value and the strong competitive power. |
