摘    要:氧化亚铁硫杆菌生长代谢影响因素有很多,本试验主要对温度、pH、培养基的量以及接种量进行研究,同时也研究了不同氮源及能源条件对菌生长的影响,确定出氧化亚铁硫杆菌的最佳培养条件为温度28℃,pH=2.0,装液量为100mL(250mL锥形瓶),接种量为10%,最容易利用的能源物质是FeSO4,氮源是硫酸铵。

Abstract:There are many factors that influence the growth activities of Thiobacillus ferrooxidans (T.f), and the temperature, initial pH, the quantity of the culture medium and inoculation amount were researched. The results show that the T.f has the highest activity under pH=2.0 and at the temperature of 28℃,100ml in 250ml flat-bottom flasks, and the quantity of inoculation 10%.The utilization of nitrogen and energy sources by Thiobacillus ferrooxidans was studied. The results showed that among 2 kinds of selected energy sources, the ferrous salts were easy to be used by T.f and ammonium sulfate is better nitrogen.
