| 摘 要： | 对题示化合物（ＳＭＣＥ ４）的合成条件进行了研究,对其性能进行了测定。酯化的最佳条件是：ＭＡ／ＣＥ ４＝１．０５（摩尔比）、５５０ｒ／ｍｉｎ、７５℃反应４ｈ。磺化的适宜条件是：Ｎａ２ＳＯ３／ＭＡ＝１．２（摩尔比）、５５０ｒ／ｍｉｎ、８０℃反应１５ｈ。在优化的条件下反应,ＳＭＣＥ ４的摩尔收率可达９７％以上。性能测定表明,它是性能优良的表面活性剂。

| Abstract: | The technological parameters on the synthesis of sulfosuccinate mono(ethoxylated cottonseed oil alkylamide) ester disodium salt(SMCE 4) were investigated,and the performance of SMCE 4 was determined.97% Molar yield of SMCE 4 was obtained by esterifying ethoxylated cottonseed oil alkylamide(CE 4) with maleic anhydride(MA) at 75℃,550r/min,MA/CE 4=1.05(mol.r.) for 4h,and sulfonating the above esterified product with Na 2SO 3 at 80℃,550r/min,Na 2SO 3/MA=1.2(mol.r.) for 1.5h. The result of the performance determination showed that SMCE 4 was a good surfactant. |
