| 摘 要： | 针对拖拉机动态制动性能检测问题,在研究现有拖拉机转鼓试验台架的基础上,提出了基于等效转动惯量的拖拉机制动性能检测方法,其原理是:根据被测拖拉机的质量采用相等转动惯量的惯性转鼓,通过测量转鼓试验台架的滚筒制动距离和制动时间,实现拖拉机动态制动性能检测。设计了变质量惯性转鼓试验台架,并通过实车制动性能试验,验证了方法的可行性与测试台架的可靠性。研究结果表明,检测结果能真实反映制动器的效能,且误差小。

| Abstract: | Aiming at finding the tractor dynamic braking performance evaluation,the equivalent moment of inertia test method used in the tractor braking performance was proposed on the basis of current tractor chassis dynamometer.The principle that the inertia wheel used in the braking test should be chosen according to the tractor mass and the tractor braking performance was described by the drum＇s braking distance and braking time.A new drum brake unit with the variable mass inertia wheels was successfully developed.The results indicate that the test method is feasible and the drum brake unit can reflect the tractor braking performance accurately. |
