| 摘 要： | 在公路建设中,随着桥梁数量的增加,其工程质量的好坏直接关系着整座甚至整条公路的使用效果,也关系着企业的形象。文章结合昭巧二级公路小杨保大桥的实践经验,讨论了该桥预应力混凝土T梁预制和安装的质量措施,对T梁的模板安装、混凝土顶面施工、临时支座、T梁安装质量等进行了分析,提出了影响T梁的预制与安装的各项因素,列举了一些保证质量的措施。

Quality Improvement Measures on Prefabrication and Installation of Prestressed Concrete T Beam |

| Abstract: | With the increase of bridge amount in highway construction, its engineering quality is directly related with the usage effect of even the whole road, and the enterprise image as well. Based on the case of Xiaoyangbao bridge on zhaoqiao secondary road, the prefabrication and installation quality of its prestressed concrete T beam are discussed and the installation of T beam template, concrete top face construction, temporary support and installation quality of T beam are analyzed. The influential factors of T beam prefabrication and installation are presented with some improvement measures listed. |
