百米烟囱定向爆破拆除技术探讨

烟囱的爆破拆除技术已经很成熟,且拆除方式都是大同小异,但是烟囱的本身结构差异会对爆破参数的选择造成根本性影响,实际施工中绝不能仅仅参考教科书或类似工程进行参数设计,必须摸清现场实际情况,有针对性地做出调整。该文介绍了重钢焦化厂三根百米高钢筋混凝土烟囱的定向爆破的成功经验。着重介绍了预处理、爆破切口形状、试爆、起爆网络、药包布设、安全防护及爆破效果等;同时对烟囱预处理的一些传统方式和电子雷管在拆除爆破中的应用提出了相关建议。

Directional Blasting of Reinforced Concrete Chimney

Blasting demolition technology of chimney is very mature and of almost the same method, but structural differences of the chimney is a funda-mental influence on the selection of blasting parameters, because to design parameters in the actual construction can not only take reference from the textbook or similar engineering, but based on the actual situation to adjust. Successful directional blasting experience of three 100 meters＆#39; high reinforced concrete chimney is introduced, especially on pretreatment, blasting cut shape, explosions, electronic detonator initiation Network, laid kits, security measures and blasting effect. Some suggestions on conventional ways of chimney pretreatment and application of electronic detonator in directional blasting are proposed.
