体积压裂与常规压裂投资与效益的对比分析——以川南地区及长宁—威远页岩气示范区为例

摘    要:近年来伴随钻井投资的增加,投资较大的体积压裂逐步替代了投资较小的常规压裂,这种变化能否带来投资效益的增加是一个值得研究的课题。在地质导向等配套技术支撑下、体积压裂使油气储层形成了天然裂缝与人工裂缝相互交错的裂缝网络,为油气的产出提供了最佳通道。通过对四川盆地川南地区2010年—2013年体积压裂与常规压裂井数变化趋势、投资变化趋势、测试产量变化趋势的对比分析,可以得出以下认识:1体积压裂井数及投资在逐年递增,常规压裂井数及投资在逐年递减;2体积压裂投资是常规压裂的2.03倍,体积压裂天然气测试产量是常规压裂的2.12倍。体积压裂的推广应用,获得了倍增的天然气测试产量,提高了获气成功率,降低了获气成本,缩减了投资回报周期,比常规压裂有更好的投资效益。结论认为:体积压裂在今后的勘探开发中具有广泛的应用前景。

Abstract:Along with the increasing drilling investment in these years, the conventional fracturing with low investment is gradually replaced by the fracturing by stimulated reservoir volume (SRV) with high investment. Whether or not this replacement could bring more economic benefits is the the research focus. With the support of geosteering technology, the fracturing by SRV which results in the developed fracture networks interlaced with natural fractures and artificial cracks makes a reservoir more productive . In the case history of wells during 2010-2013 in the Southern Sichuan Basin, a comparative analysis was conducted between conventional fracturing and that by SRV in terms of well numbers, investment, and the tested gas yield. The following findings were obtained. On one hand, both well numbers and investment of the fracturing by SRV were increasing year by year, while those of conventional fracturing were decreasing year by year. On the other hand, although the investment of the fracturing by SRV was 2.03 times that of conventional drilling, the tested gas yield of the former was 2.12 times that of the latter. Another case history of wells in the Changning Weiyuan shale gas demonstration pilot zone also demonstrated that with the help of the fracturing by SRV, the tested shale gas yield was multiplied as a result. In conclusion, Compared to the previous regular fracturing technology, the fracturing by SRV will be widely applied with a good prospect to achieve a higher success ratio for gas with a lower cost, thereby to reduce the cycle of returns on investment.
