摘    要:上海北外滩白玉兰广场高320 m的办公楼核心筒结构施工,采用了最新研发的钢柱筒架交替支撑式液压爬升整体钢平台模板装备.该模板装备以工具式钢柱作为钢平台爬升时的支撑系统,有效地降低了施工成本;采用空中分体组合的施工方法,解决了核心筒伸臂桁架层的施工难题;采用外挂脚手架整体滑移的施工方法,解决了核心筒翼墙多次收分的施工难题.为我国超高层建造施工技术积累了经验.

Abstract:The construction of the 320-meter-high core tube in North Bund White Magnolia Plaza office building has adopted the latest scaffold and formwork equipment of hydraulic-hoisting integral steel platform, alternately supported by steel column and cannular frame. This equipment uses instrumental steel columns as support system when hoisting the steel platform, and has effectively reduced the construction cost. The method of separation and combination in the air has been applied to solve the problem of cantilever truss layer construction in the core tube. The application of external scaffold integral slipping has solved the repeatedly battering of the wing wall. It has provided rich experience of ultrahigh structure construction technology for our country.
