盖挖逆作法下的后起钢管柱分节定位安装技术

在采用盖挖逆作施工的地铁车站深基坑施工过程中,钢管柱的安装常采用抱插工艺,但在天津某深基坑工程中,部分钢管柱因其下无工程桩而无法先行抱插施工.针对该问题,采取了分节定位安装方法,顺利地完成了钢管柱的施工,解决了盖挖法逆作工艺下后起钢管柱的安装施工技术难题,为以后类似工程积累了宝贵的经验.

Installation Technology for Separate Section Position of Newcomer Steel Pipe Columns with Cover-and-Cut Excavation Method

The HPE insert technology is often used in the metro station excavation construction with cover-and-cut method. But in a deep foundation pit project in Tianjin, the HPE insert technology couldn＇t be used due to the lack of the underpin piles for parts of the steel pipe columns. In order to solve this problem, the separate section location method was applied, which brought about a successful installation of the steel pipe column, technically overcame the construction difficulties and accumulated valuable experience for future similar projects.
