多媒体信息压缩技术

摘    要:针对多媒体信息压缩技术,介绍了静态图象压缩标准JPEG中编码器、解码器和交换格式3种元素的定义,编码类型及基于DCT编码,无失真编码和熵编码的结构;运动视频和音频压缩标准MPEG的概述及其视频压缩算法描述,音频压缩的编码和解码。最后介绍了统计式压缩Huffman方法和字典式压缩LZ78方法的举例,及常用的ARJ、PKZIP/PKUZIP和WinZIP等压缩软件。

Abstract:According to the multimedia information compression technology, the encoder, decoder and exchange format defined in the JPEG standard for the static image compression, the type of encoding and the structures of encoding based on DCT, no-distortion encoding and entropy encoding are introduced. The MPEG standard for moving video and audio compression as well as the video compress algorithm, and the encoding and the decoding of audio compression is described. In the end, the methods of Huffman statistical compression and LZ78 dictionary compression, and the general ARJ, PKZIP /PKUNZIP and WinZip compression software etc. are presented
