摘    要:刚度和强度是评价金属结构安全性能的重要指标.本文利用三维有限元软件ALGOR,对某水库坝顶门式启闭机的金属结构进行了模拟和计算分析,并根据规范对其主梁刚度的要求和在役启闭机的强度判别标准,阐述了如何运用计算结果对门式启闭机金属结构的刚度和强度进行校核.

Abstract:Stiffness and strength are key indexes to evaluate steel structure safety. With 3D finite element software ALGOR, metal structure of a gantry crane on the dam crest is simulated and calculated. According to requirements of the main girder stiffness and metal structure strength in related standards, the method is expounded of how to check the stiffness and strength of metal structure of gantry crane with the simulation results.
