纳米氧化钇的制备及表征

摘    要:采用碳铵沉淀工艺, 进行了纳米氧化钇的制备研究。研究了沉淀过程中表面活性剂对沉淀颗粒大小的影响; 添加表面活性剂隔离碳酸钇颗粒之间的相互接触, 从而起到了在煅烧过程中控制粉末硬团聚的作用; 分析了煅烧温度对比表面和氯离子含量的影响; 制备出了单一粒径小于50 nm、团聚体粒度分布D50<150 nm, 粉末的比表面积大于35 m2/g,粉末的团聚常数(D50/DBET)小于6, 形状为球形的纳米氧化钇粉末。

Abstract:The nanometer yttrium oxides were obtained through precipitation in aqueous solution by reaction with ammonium bicarbonate.The effects of surfactants on particle size during precipitation were investigated.Much attention was paid to controlling the agglomeration by adding surfactant as medium to form a polymer network disperse system with yttrium carbonates,which can separate yttrium carbonate particles to control the agglomeration of powder in the process of calcinations. The effects of calcinations temperature on the specific surface and the remained chloride of nanometer Y_2O_3 were analyzed.The spherical nanometer yttrium oxide was obtained with primary particles less than 50 nm,agglomerate distribution D_(50) less than 150 nm,BET larger than 35 m~2/g,and agglomerate constant(D_(50)/D_(BET))less than 6.
