| 摘 要： | 基于和利时公司自动控制产品和技术,设计了自动螺丝输送装配机电气控制系统,包括螺丝自动输送控制子系统、定位机械手控制子系统和基于HMI的上位机监控系统.系统通过LM3400通讯模块,基于Modbus现场总线完成数据通讯.该控制系统具有结构简单、易于实现的优点,系统实际运行表明,螺丝输送装配机运行稳定、可靠,装配螺丝效率高,具有纠错功能.

| Abstract: | Automatic screw transport and assembly machine control system is designed based on products and technologies of Hollias company.The control system includes screw transport subsystem,manipulator subsystem and configuration and monitoring system of HMI.Using LM3400 communication module,the system realize communication based on modbus.The control system has a simple structure,easy to implement.The actual operation of the system indicates screw conveyor assembly machine running stable,reliable,high efficiency of assembly screws,with error correction function. |
