| 摘 要： | 介绍选用美国FOXBORO公司智能自动化系统作为整个主工艺流程的计算机集散控制系统的情况。利用不同的控制软件模块的组合组成功能不同的连续控制回路 ,采用控制组态软件 ,以填表方式逐步完成所有连续控制回路的组态。聚酯装置共设计模拟量连续控制回路 5 5个 ,纺丝装置 44个。辅助工序采用SQL语言编程方式编制顺序控制程序。投用 2年多 ,系统运行可靠 ,满足生产工艺要求。

| Abstract: | Computer total distributed control system adopt from intelligent automatic system of American FOXBORO as the main process is introduced. Continuous control loop with different function is composed of different control software module. Configuration of all continuons control loop is finished by filling in the tables step by step with control configuration software . The simulation continous control loops are 55 in PET plant and 44 in spinning machine.The SQL language is used to work out sequence control program in the assistant process.The system is running smoothly after operation for more than two years, and it is satisfied for production process. |
