石化企业PDS系统建设

企业要进行信息化建设,就必须建立自己的计算机网络系统。作为计算机网络基础的PDS系统在信息化建设中变得尤为关键。然而,企业PDS系统不同于一般意义上的PDS系统,企业情况(企业新旧、生产好坏、面积大小、项目投资多少及周期长短等)不同,PDS系统建设特色就不同,尤其是石化生产企业。结合石化生产企业的特点,论述现有和新建大型石化生产企业PDS系统的构成及技术要求。介绍了石化生产企业在依靠自己力量建设PDS系统时应注意的事项及一些特殊问题的处理,如非屏蔽室内双绞线室外架空铺设、双绞线超100m连接等问题。这些可为其它进行PDS系统建设的企业在理论和实践上提供一些借鉴。

Establishment of Petrochemical Enterprise PDS Systems

It is necessary to establish its own computer network system for an enterprise to implement information system. As the basis of computer network, the PDS systems become particularly crucial. However, the PDS system of enterpise is different from the general PDS. The enterprise is different, the characterize of its PDS establishment is different, especially, in petrochemical enterprises. After considering the property of petrochemical enterprise the PDS structure and technological requirements for existing and new establishing large scale petrochemical enterprise are discussed. What issue should be paid attention and how to hadle some special problems, such as using indoor non-shielded strand wire as the outdoor hooked-up wire, the linkage of strand wire when it is longer than 100 m, are also introduced. These problems must be faced when a petrochemical enterprise establish its own PDS system, and they can be some lessons in theory and practice to the other enterprise's PDS establishment.
