| 摘 要： | 为了综合利用热轧氧化铁渣，获取高纯Ｆｅ３Ｏ４产品，采用机械选矿法去除非铁杂质是完全可行的；而适宜的焙烧条件对ＦｅＯ相进行有效的转化，是本工艺的关键所在，研究结果表明，经简单的机械选矿与焙烧的联合流程，能得到含Ｆｅ３Ｏ４９５％以上的高纯产品。

| Abstract: | For Comprehensive utilization of heat rolling iron oxide slags,it is perfectly feasible to remove non-ferrous impurities by mechanical benefication methods so as to get a Fe3O4 product with high purity. The key of this technology is the appropriate roasting conditions for effective transformation of FeO phase. The test results have shown that a highly pure product with a Fe3O4 content of over 95% can be gained by simple combination of mechanical beneficiation and roasting. |
