用啤酒废水培养产朊假丝酵母的研究

摘    要:本文对用啤酒废水培养产朊假丝酵母No1422进行了研究。通过正交实验寻得培养该菌的最佳条件为:培养温度32℃,PH4.6、C/N为9。培养后啤酒废水COD去除率为68%、干菌蛋白质含量为66.44%。含高浓度有机物的啤酒废水适于培养产朊假丝酵母No1422生产单细胞蛋白。

Abstract:This paper studies the cultivation of the yeast of Candida Utills from beer waste water ,The optimum conditions for cultivating the yeast ,obtained through a half-replicate experiment,are as follows:temperature for cultivation is 32℃; PH,4.6;C/N,9. The removal rate of COD after cultivation is 68percent,and the protein of yeast-drier is 66.44 percent,The beer waste water with concentrated organic substances is suitable for cultivat- ing the yeast of Candida Utiles No.1422 so as to produce single cell protein.
