| Abstract: | With resonance nuclear reaction 11B(p,a)aa(Ep = 700keV), the determination of boron content in a-Si1-xCx:H(x=0.2) film of solar cells has been investigated. Preparation of standard samples and measurement of the calibration curve are described. Particular aspects of the data treatment are discussed. |
