环境差异的土壤腐蚀性研究与控制

摘    要:高精度漏磁智能清管检测器对长输管道进行腐蚀检测证明:在有涂层保护和阴极保护双重保护作用下,管道仍然会发生严重的腐蚀甚至穿孔。近几年的研究发现:土壤腐蚀性环境差异是产生腐蚀的主要原因,针对这种腐蚀进行了系统调查研究,提出了腐蚀控制措施。

Abstract:It was proved by the testing to the long-distance transportation pipeline by high precise magnetism leak check intelligent detector: though the pipeline was protected by coat and cathode,it still will be eroded badly even have holes on. It was discovered through the research these years: the primary reason for the erosion is the environment differences of the soil corrosivity. A systems investigation and research was carried out for this erosion,and the erosion control measures were put forward.
