新型甲醇合成催化剂的研制

摘    要:本文采用不同的制备方法制备铜基甲醇合成催化剂,利用XRD、TPR、BET、SEM、TEM等技术手段对所制备催化剂的物相组成、物相结构、活性比表面、表面形貌、粒子大小进行了研究;并进行了活性评价。研究结果表明,用硝酸盐共沉淀法制备的催化剂,其性能和结构均优于用蒸氨法制备的催化剂。

Abstract:The different preparation method for methanol synthesis have been studied in this paper. The composition, crystalline phase, surface area and crystallography were determined by BET, XRD, TPR, SEM and TEM techniques. Meanwhile, the catalytic performance was evaluated. Result showed that: the catalyst prepared by co-precipitating with nitrate showed better catalytic performance and texture than that prepared by ammonia method.
