论宴会设计的学科性质和特点

摘    要:宴会设计是以宴会及其设计的一般规律为研究对象 ,研究和解决宴会活动过程中设计问题的一门学科。它具有独立学科、综合学科和应用学科的性质。宴会设计学科内容具有理论性和实践性、继承性与创造性、规范性与灵活性相统一的特点。学习宴会设计应根据学习和研究的任务及目的需要 ,采用结构分析法、比较法、调查法、经验总结法、模拟设计法等方法

Abstract:Banquet designing looks at banquet and its common patterns as its object of study with the view of studying and solving the design problems appearing in the process of banquet activities. According to its nature it is, in fact, an independent, comprehensive and applied branch of learning. The characteristics of banquet designing subject lies in its unifications of theory and practice, inheritance and creativeness and, moreover, standardization and flexibility. The study of banquet designing must be conducted, based on the research target by the ways of structural analysis, comparison, investigation, experience summarization, imitative designing and so on.
