城市开放空间及其环境使用后评价

随着我国各地快速城市化的形成,在我国城市规划中设置的各种城市开放空间建成后,人们对其使用后的满意度如何,使用后的评价如何等,尚有待商榷。本文简要地介绍了建成环境的使用后评价的基本概念和方法,并以珠江三角洲地区的休憩广场为例,采用模糊层次分析法、主成分分析法来进行数理分析做出使用后评价,得出广场的主要影响因子和人们对广场的满意度,以期通过这种评价方法来延伸到其他类型的城市开放空间的评价。

Post-Occupancy Evaluation on City Open Space and Built Environment

With the rapid urbanization and the planned open space to emerge,the satisfaction and evaluation on the post occupancy are under discussion.The paper gives a brief introduction to the basic concept and methods of post-occupancy evaluation(POE).POE has been made on a relaxation square in Zhujiang Delta region using methods of FAHP and PCA,and the primary influential factors and user's satisfaction have been obtained.Hopefully this method could be used to make evaluation on the open space in other type of cities.
