摘    要:通过对涤纶DTY加工中拉伸倍数、变形热箱温度、定型热箱温度、定型超喂和卷绕超喂、D/Y比等工艺的优化,探讨了83 dtex/48 f高蓬松涤纶DTY的生产工艺。结果表明,选择拉伸倍数1.657~1.695,变形温度195~197℃,定型温度165~170℃,适当提高定型超喂(-9.73%)和卷绕超喂(-6.3l%),可得到卷曲收缩率为16.63%的纤维,有利于获得蓬松性良好的涤纶DTY。

Abstract:The production process of 83 dtex/48 f high bulky PET DTY was discussed through the optimization of draw ratio, texturing heater temperature, setting heater temperature, set overfeed, take - up overfeed and D/Y ratio. The results showed that the crimp contraction was increased to 16.63% by selecting draw ratio 1. 657 - 1.695, texturing temperature 195 - 197℃and setting temperature 165 - 170℃and increasing set overfeed to -9.73% and crimp overfeed -6.31%, which helped to produce PET DTY with good bulkiness.
