摘    要: 选用不同的有机酸和有机胺反应合成了水溶性咪唑啉季铵盐系列缓蚀剂,分析了咪唑啉中间产物及其最终产物的红外光谱. 采用静态挂片法评价了该系列缓蚀剂的缓蚀性能,并与胜华炼油厂现用缓蚀剂缓蚀效果进行对比, 筛选出缓蚀效果最好的缓蚀剂HS-2; 考察了添加不同量HS-2时的缓蚀率和腐蚀速率,确定了缓蚀剂的最佳添加量为20mg/l. 采用电化学法进一步考察了HS-2缓蚀剂的缓蚀性能, 设计并进行了模拟现场蒸馏实验. 结果表明, 缓蚀剂HS-2为混合控制型缓蚀剂,能够有效抑制H2S-HCl-H2O体系在露点条件下对A3碳钢的腐蚀,比现场使用的缓蚀剂性能更优.

Abstract:Water-soluble imidazoline corrosion inhibitors were synthesized with different organic acids and amines. The IR spectra of intermediate and final product were analyzed. Their anti- corrosion performance was evaluated and compared with the corrosion inhibitor now used in Shenghua refinery by static slice suspension method, through which the best corrosion inhibitor HS-2 was selected. The effects of HS-2 dosage on corrosion inhibiting efficiency and corrosion rate were examined, as the result of which the optimal dosage about 20 mg/l was obtained. The anti- corrosion performance of HS-2 was also investigated by electrochemical polarization method and simulation of distillation on worksite was carried out. From the results of electrochemical polarization curve, it was shown that HS-2 was a kind of mixture-controlled corrosion inhibitor and could effectively restraint the corrosion of temperature, whose inhibition properties was A3 in H2S-HCl-H2O system under the dew-point better than that of the corrosion inhibitor now used in Shenghua refinery.
