防止废一次电池污染的宣传策略探讨

人们逐渐养成的混合收集废电池的习惯已经不能满足我国政策法规中废电池管理的需求。宣传策略应该随着科技的发展和我国政策法律的完善而不断更新补充。宣传用以识别危险废物(废含汞电池、废镍镉电池和废铅酸电池)、可再生电池等各类电池的标识,保证各类废电池的分类收集能够顺利开展。因使用量巨大,当前一次电池的处理处置宣传应当慎重,既要充分考虑我国一次电池低汞化和无汞化进程缓慢的实际情况,也要考虑当前我国生活垃圾的填埋处理水平。
