螺旋肋片管与气固多相流传热特性研究

摘    要:本文在试验的基础上对气固多相流横向冲刷螺旋肋片管的传热特性进行了研究。试验所用物料为平均粒径dp^-=44μm电厂灰和dp^-=120μm细石英砂。颗粒重量浓度Ms在0 ̄4.5kg/kg范围内。结果表明,螺旋肋片管与气固多相流传热与气流Re数,颗粒浓度以及颗粒尺寸均有关,在较细颗粒和较低Re数下,气固多相流强化传热程度随颗粒浓度的增加而增加。

Abstract:This paper reports an experimental study on the characteristics of heat transfer for a helically finned tube in a gas solid cross flow.Fine ash and silica sand with average size of 44 microns and 120 microns respectively,are used as test materials.Solid mass loading ratio ranges between 0 and 4.5 kg/kg.It is shown that the heat transfer coefficient is related to the gas based Reynolds numbers, the solid mass loading ratio and particales size.For finer particles and at lower Reynolds numbers,the enhancement of heat transfer due to particles becomes considerably larger as the solid mass loading ratio increases.
