大冶铁矿竖炉球团润磨工艺的研究

摘    要:研究了润磨工艺对造球及生球质量的影响,包括对造球时间,膨润土添加量,生球抗压强度和落下强度及爆裂温度等参数和指标的影响,并对润磨作用机理进行了初探,研究结果表明,润磨工艺通过提高混合料细度,增加铁矿物表面活性和混合料塑性,可改善物料的成球性,稳定造球作业,提高生球强度,降低膨润土添加量,当混合料部分润磨,其粒度分布合理时,生球爆裂温度与不润磨时基本相近。

Abstract:A study of the damp milling for improving the stabilization of disc pelletizer and strength of green pellets was carried out,which covers the effect of damp milling duration on the green pellet mechanical strength,rate of pelletmaking,proportioning ratio of bentonite in the mixture and the shock temperature of green pellets,and finally the mechanism of damp milling was probed.It is concluded that the stabilization of disc pelletizer and strength of green pellets are improved by the utilization of damp milling,which is proved by the increase of fine particle size in the feed for disc pelletizer, the surface activity of iron ore particle and the plasticity of the feed being modified.However,the shock temperature of green pellets is declined,which can be encountered by partially damp milling of feed mixture and modifying the size distribution.
