| 摘 要： | 依据双螺杆磨浆机的工作机理，对磨浆过程中物料的物态变化进行了系统阐述。在此基础上按照螺杆的几何参数分别建立啮合型和梯形槽螺杆的螺槽容积参数方程，进行适当分析并加以修正，从而得到实际产量关系式。

| Abstract: | The paper provides a systematic discussion on the change of the states of the pulping material in the pulping process in accordance with the operating principle of the twin screw refiner. On this basis, the parametric equations were established respectively for the screw channel volume of the intermeshing screws and the trapezoidal screws according to the geometry of the twin screw refiner, and proper analysis and revision were made in order to get the relation of the real output. |
