| 摘 要： | 思想政治工作是我党的优良传统。通过深入细致的思想政治工作使全党上下思想统一到经济建设上来,为我国的现代化建设提供了有力的思想保障作用。本文就思想政治工作者如何开展工作分作为和不作为两种方式进行了阐述。

| Abstract: | One of the good traditions of the Communist Party of China is to do ideological and political work. Through doing thorough ideological and political work, we can unify the thinking of the whole party, and concentrate on the economic constructions, which can also provide us a powerful guaranlee for achieving the four modernizations. In this paper, the way to carry out the ideological and political work for a fanctionary is stated in two aspects: positive actions and negative actions. |
