摘    要:为保障带式输送机在井下安全运行,设计了一种基于PLC的钢丝绳芯输送机在线监测系统。该系统可以实时的监测输送机跑偏、打滑、撕裂、锈蚀、脱胶、抽动和断裂故障,并能进行同步分析和判断。设计中应用SIEMENS-PLC、STEP7-MicrWIN和组态王软件,提供良好的人机界面,可达到一机多测,具有很强的实用性。

Abstract:Design an online monitoring system of belt conveyor to ensure the belt conveyor in safety operation underground coal mine. The system is able to monitor in real time the failures of deviation,ship,tearing,rust,degumming,vellicate and fracturing of belt conveyor,and to make the analysis and judgment for synchronization. The design applied to the SIEMENS-PLC,STEP7-MicrWIN and Configuration software provides a nice human-machine interface to achieve the purpose of one system with a multi-measuring and a strong practicability.
