摘    要:根据交流泄漏电流的测试要求,文中给出了仪器所用芯片的选择原则。利用所选择的芯片,研制出一种新型的交流泄漏电流测试仪器。该仪器是对传统单片机泄漏检测装置的改进,它具有结构简单、体积小、不需要扩展存储器,编程更加灵活等显著特点;在稳定性和抗干扰性方面也都有很大的提高。

Abstract:According to the test request of AC leakage current, the choice principles of chips for the instrument are stated in this paper. Make use of these chips, we designed a kind of new instrument for measuring AC leakage current. It is improvement of the traditional instrument, it is of simple structure, small volume, does not need to expand the memory, programming is more flexible, the stability and anti-interference are also improved a lot of.
