三乙醇胺改性PVC性能的研究

摘    要:研究了三乙醇胺的添加量对改性聚氯乙烯(PVC)材料的拉伸强度、流变性能的影响,改性后材料的拉伸强度较改性前有所上升,随添加量增大,拉伸强度上升,而流动性则下降。通过热重分析和常规加工温度下热稳定性分析,研究了改性前后PVC材料的热稳定性,在PVC加工温度下,三乙醇胺改性PVC的热稳定性上升;根据红外谱图和实验分析,探讨了改性剂与PVC的作用机理。

Abstract:The effect of the addition amount of triethanolamine on the tensile strengths and rheological properties of modified PVC was studied in this thesis, the thermal stability of PVC materials before and after modification were analyzed by thermogravimetry and thermal stability analysis experiment at conventional processing temperature, the action mechanism between modifiers and PVC was analyzed by research of experiment analysis and infrared spectrum.
