提高洗苯效率的有效途径

摘    要:介绍了焦化厂焦油洗油吸收煤气中苯的工艺流程,分析了造成粗苯产量低的主要原因是循环洗油270℃前馏程偏低。在统计分析的基础上找出造成循环洗油270℃前馏程偏低的主要因素,认为控制洗油270℃前馏程≥70%,是提高粗苯收率的有效途径。

Abstract:This paper introduces the process of absorbing benzene from coal gas by tar wash oil in coking plants. The main cause of low yield of the crude benzene is that the distillation range of the recycled wash oil is too low before 270 °C. On the basis of statistics analysis, the main cause of the problem is discovered and it has been found out that the effective way to get higher yield of crude benzene is to control the distillation range of the wash oil ≥ 70% before 270 °C.
