| 摘 要： | 建立了反相高效液相色谱一紫外检测法同时测定血清中L-色氨酸、5-羟色胺和5-羟吲哚乙酸的方法。血清中L-色氨酸、5-羟色胺和5-羟吲哚乙酸的添加回收率分别为：92．1％，90．8％和71．1％。该法快速准确、灵敏度高，且重现性好。 |

| Abstract: | A rapid and specific method for the determination of L-tryptophan, serotonin and 5-hydroxyindoleacetic acidin pig,s serum has been established by high performance liquid chromatography with UV detector. After standard solutionadded, the good recovery of L-tryptophan, serotonin and 5-hydroxyindoleacetic acid were 92.1%, 90.8% and 71.1% respectively. |
