| 摘 要： | 某办公楼总高约197m,地上39层,两侧为竖向交通和辅助用房的剪力墙筒体,中间为四榀单跨框架。针对该带单跨框架的超高层建筑的特殊性,从受力性能和经济性出发,对两种结构方案进行分析对比,选择了混合结构方案作为结构设计的方向。并从中间框架柱、楼面钢梁和加强层连接桁架的布置方面进一步优化结构的设计,使工程在具有良好的结构性能和更优的经济性之间获得平衡,可为此类工程的设计提供参考。
