| Abstract: | Agent construction system is used as a new construction management mode. Its contract management is of great significance for the construction and management of the whole project. The paper conducts comprehensive study on the contract management under water conservancy project agent construction system mode from the aspects of construction unit and agent construction unit rights and obligations relation, standardized rules and regulations, dynamic contract management and change management, timely and correct processing of various claims and the like. |
