摘    要:喷锌防腐技术是一种类似于热浸锌防腐蚀效果的防腐蚀方法。具体要求在水工金属的表面做好喷砂除锈工作,使金属表面露出金属光泽并打毛,然后将铅丝融化,最后通过压缩空气的方法将其吹附到水工金属的表面,形成一个锌涂层,在此基础上填充完毛细孔,最后形成复合层来防止进一步的侵蚀。

Abstract:Zinc spraying anti-corrosion technology is an anti-corrosion method similar to hot dip galvanized anti-corrosion effect. Specific requirements are as follows: sand spraying anti-rust work should be done well on the surface of hydraulic metal, thereby metallic luster can be exposed from the metal surface, and the surface is roughened. Then, the lead wires are melted and blown to the surface of hydraulic metal through compressed air method, thereby forming a zinc coating layer. Pores are filled on this basis; finally a composite layer can be formed to prevent further erosion.
