摘    要:本文研究了Nb2O5、Y2O3或Sb2O3不同施主掺杂对(Sr0.3Ba0.7)TiO3热敏陶瓷LPTCR的影响,并讨论了不同施主掺杂的不同半导体机理。发现在本实验条件下掺Nb的(Sr0.3Ba0.7)TiO3热敏陶瓷为缓变形LPTC,掺Sb和Y的(Sr0.3Ba0.7)TiO3热敏陶瓷为突变形LPTC,且掺Sb的LPTC线性度最好,线性温区较宽。

Abstract:In this paper, the effects of different donor doping (Nb-2O-5?Y-2O-3 or Sb-2O-3) on the properties of (Sr-{0.3}Ba-{0.7})TiO-3 LPTC thermal ceramics have been studied, and the semi conductivity mechanisms of different donor doping have been discussed as well. It is found that on this experimental condition, (Sr-{0.3}Ba-{0.7})TiO-3 thermal ceramic doped with Nb is the slow change model, but it turns to the sudden change model doped with Sb and Y. It is also found that the linearity of LPTC doped with Sb is the best and the linear temperature range is wider than others.
