基于LabVIEW的振动虚拟测试系统的设计

摘    要:振动测试、信号处理以及振动分析是现代机械工业和机械工程中非常重要的环节,为此我们设计了本振动虚拟测试系统。该系统由测振传感器PVDF(聚偏氟乙烯)和数据采集卡组成振动的数据采集系统。使用LabVIEW虚拟仪器软件开发平台实现对机械振动的测量方法。实验证明本系统取得良好的测试效果。

Abstract:To test the vibration signal in the modern mechanical engineering,we developed the virtual measuring system for vibration based on LabVIEW.The data acquisition system was composed of the sensor(Polyvinylidene Fluoride,PVDF) and the data collecting card.Programs on PC were written in LabVIEW software.The experiment proved that this virtual measuring system was satisfied.
