| 摘 要： | 提出了一个简化的晶闸管PSPICE宏模型，它对于晶闸管正反向恢复特性的描述物理概念明确，结构简单，且模型参数可以方便地从产品手册中得到。该模型可用于多种包含晶闸管的电力电子设备的暂态仿真。

| Abstract: | A simplified PSPICE macro model of thyristor has been developed. This model has explicit physics conception and simple structure, and can describe the forward and reverse recovery process with relative accuracy. It is easy to extract the parameters from the data sheet specification. |
