2.5维编织复合材料的细观结构与弹性性能

摘    要:介绍2.5维编织工艺的概念,归纳3种较有代表性的细观结构几何模型并对比各结构模型的优缺点,从理论计算与数值模拟两方面总结2.5维编织复合材料弹性性能预测的研究成果,最后分析了几何结构及经、纬密等工艺参数对纤维体积分数(体积含量)与复合材料弹性性能的影响。

Abstract:The definition of 2.5D braiding process was introduced. Geometric models on microstructures of 2.5D braided composites were summarized and compared. A reviw of theoretical calculations and numerical simulations on the elastic properties prediction of 2.5D braided composites were given. Finally, the influences of microstructures and warp or weft densities on fiber volume fraction and elastic properties were analyzed, respectively.
