电网广域测量系统中PMU的研究和设计

摘    要:介绍了广域测量系统的概念及同步相量测量技术的基本原理,对系统子站PMU的功能进行了分析。针对系统对PMU的要求,采取了模块化分布式的设计方法。由于传统的测量方法忽略了电网频率波动的不足,该文引入了自适应采样算法,有效地减少了频谱泄露。PMU的核心器件采用了先进的DSP芯片进行设计,同时利用CAN总线组建了局域网。

Abstract:This paper introduces the conception of dynamic security monitoring system and the principle of synchronized phasor measurement technology.The functions of PMUs in substations are analysed as well.In the design of this unit, a modularized and distributed method is adopted to meet the need of the system. In addition, to solve the problem existing in the traditional method without considering the fluctuation of electric network's frequency, an adaptive sampling algorithm is used, with which the leakage of frequency can be reduced effectively. The core unit is designed with the advanced DSP chip, and the local area with CANBUS is built.
