羟丙基胍尔胶压裂液优化设计在沙南油田的研究与应用

摘    要:针对沙南油田油藏,结合压裂工艺对压裂液的特殊要求,对羟丙基胍尔胶(Hr,g)压裂液进行优化设计,通过室内研究,优选出适合沙南油田60-70℃中温地层条件的新型HPG压裂液配方,前置液:0.42%HPG+0.08%纯碱+0.20%有机硼交联剂+0.02%过硫酸铵破胶剂;携砂液:0.36%HPG+0.08%纯碱+0.14%有机硼交联剂+0.014%过硫酸铵破胶剂。在沙南油田现场实施3口井,均取得成功,并获得良好的增产效果。

Abstract:A new HPG (hydroxypropyl guar gum) fracturing fluid combination was optimized in laboratory to meet the special demand of fracturing process in 60 - 70℃ stratum condition of Shanan Oilfield. The optimized formula were as follows: the pad fluid composition was HPG 0.42%, Na2CO3 0. 08%, organic boron crosslinker 0.20%, and ammonium persulfate gel breaker 0.02% ; the sand carrier fluid composition was HPG 0.36%, Na2CO3 0.08%, organic boron crosslinker 0.14%, and ammonium persulfate gel breaker 0.014%. The combination was successfully applied to 3 wells in Shanan Oilfield. The yield was increased obviously.
