Cu88Co12合金的巨磁电阻及其微结构的研究

摘    要:本文利用场离子显微镜-原子探针及电镜研究了具有巨磁电阻效应的甩带Cu88C o12合金的微结构。Cu88Co12合金经450℃退火半小时后发邓有明显的巨磁电阻。

Abstract:The microstructure of melt spun Cu 88 Co 12 alloy was studied utilizing transmisson electron microscope (TEM) and field ion microscope with atom probe (FIM AP).This alloy has obvious giant magnetoresistance(GMR)after annealed at 723K for 0 5h.By means of FIM AP,the spherical Co precipitates were clearly observed for the first time and exhibit size distribution in this alloy.The average diameter of particles is about 1 7nm in the specimen annealed at 723K for 2h,which has the highest GMR of 30 7% at 1 5K.The large Co precipitates were observed at grain boundaries by TEM.These results are very useful to test the present theory about relationship between GMR and microstructure.
