Excel在工程量清单评标中的应用

工程量清单计价方式的招标给评标带来了非常繁重的工作,人工清标和评标在短时间内很难准确快速地实现,为此,许多概预算软件公司推出了各种各样的工程量清单评标软件,为了适应各种格式和版本的评标软件,投标单位不得不在各种计价软件中换来换去,造成了大量的重复性投资和重复性培训。本文介绍了作者几年来利用Excel进行工程量清单评标的做法和经验,并给出了示例,以期这种做法得以推广。

Application of Excel in the Bid Evaluating of the Bill of Quantities

Engineering quantity list valuation of the tenders have a very heavy workload,artificial-standard evaluation in a short period of time and it is difficult to quickly realize.So,many software companies will budget introduced a variety of engineering software inventory evaluation,in order to adapt to various formats and evaluation version of the software,to tender units in various pricing for the software to exchange,and it caused a large number of investment repeatability and reproducibility training.This paper presents the author years to use Excel for engineering evaluation of the list of practices and experiences,and gives examples,in the expectation that this practice promoted.
