电化学模板法制备金属纳米线的理论探讨

摘    要:通过恒电势沉积的方法,以蒸镀有银导电基底的多孔阳极氧化铝膜(Al2O3/Ag)为模板制备了铂纳米线。详细讨论了金属沉积过程中电解液在纳米阵列电极上的扩散形式与相邻两单电极的间距和扩散时间的关系。对因孔深逐渐减小所引起的电流上升阶段的电流-时间曲线进行了实验和理论上的比较。结果表明:在电流上升的初始阶段理论值与实验值相吻合,后随电流增大理论值与实验值有较大偏差。这是由于氧化铝膜表面的球形扩散比较复杂,在计算过程中忽略了膜表面的界面层厚度l造成的。

Abstract:The theory of preparing metal nanowires using electrochemical template synthesis has been studied in detail. The diffusion pattern on the porous nanoelectrode array during the growth of nanowires, depending on the nanoelectrode size and distribution and the time scale of the experiment, has been discussed. The preparation of Pt nanowires was illustrated as an example to compare the experimental current versus time curve with the theoretical curve during the, period of current increasing with the decreasing of nanopore depth. The result shows that experimental current density values are consistent with theoretical values during the period of current increasing at the first beginning.
