西柳10断块整体压裂改造工艺

摘    要:西柳10断块储层物性差,层间非均质性强,原油性质较差,储藏天然能量不足,因此,此断块的产能较低,油井注水见效慢,供液状况差。为了提高整个断块的采收率,决定对其进行整体压裂改造。此断块在前几年也进行过压裂施工,但出现了很多砂堵的情况,施工成功率较低,仅有50%左右。经过精心选井选层、优选合理的压裂施工参数及施工工艺,成功地对此断块进行了压裂改造,至2004年底对4口井进行压裂施工均获得成功,而且取得了很好的增产效果。

Abstract:The reservoir of Xiliu 10 block has characters such as bad physical properties , high intrabed anisotropisum, energy deficiency of reservoir, low flow potential, slow water injection response and bad feed flow. In order to improve recovery ratio of this block, decide to make overall fracturing reformation to this block. At fracturing of this block before, it is usually occurs sand fill and low success ratio. After reelect wells and lay, optimize fracturing parameters and technology, applied in 4 wells of Xiliu 10 block have all get success and increased production.
