由天然油脂棕榈油合成蔗糖酯的研究

摘    要:研究了用无溶剂酯交换法合成蔗糖脂肪酸酯的基本原理和方法,并以乙醇为原料代替有毒的甲醇,用天然油脂代替单一脂肪酸进行反应生成脂肪酸乙酯,由脂肪酸乙酯与蔗糖在乳化剂的作用下熔融成均相,进行酯交换反应,合成脂肪酸蔗糖酯.考察了反应时间、原料配比、温度、压力、催化剂和乳化剂用量对实验结果的影响,确定了合成反应的最佳工艺条件

Abstract:In relation to the synthesis of sucrose fatty acid esters by no-solvent esters interchange,the authors study its basic principle and method.The material are alcohol instead of toxic methyl alcohol and natural fat instead of single fatty acid.They react and prepare fatty acid carbethoxy,and then the fatty acid carbethoxy and sucrose liquate,become homogeneous phase,make ester substitution reaction and synthesize fatty acid sucrose esters.The authors discuss the influences of reaction time,raw material proportioning,temperature,pressure,catalyst and emulsion consumption on the result of reaction,and determine the optimiation process conditions of synthetic reaction.
