| 摘 要： | 小水电代燃料生态工程是水利部和广西水利厅的亮点工程，代燃料供电电价能否既考虑农民的承受能力，又能使工程有较好的自我维持能力，是顺利实施的关键，针对代燃料生态保护工程试点项目实施方案编写过程中代燃料供电电价测算存在的问题，按国家有关的评价规程，结合小水电代燃料生态工程的特点，进行电价测算方法的探讨。
