| 摘 要： | 文章介绍了汽车变速器加载试验台控制系统的总体设计、工作原理、特点及系统实现。该试验台能实现530、646、523变速器加载和空载试验等4种不同的试验模式。利用欧姆龙可编程序控制器(PLC)中的功能块能避免PLC梯形图指令繁琐的编程量,并通过MODBUS协议实现PLC与变频器之间的通讯,达到手动换档识别、自动加载等功能。

| Abstract: | The paper introduces the integral design,working principle,features and system implementation of load test bench for automobile transmission control system.There being four different testing patterns can be finished on this test bench,including loading 530,646,523 and unloading test.Trivial program work for using PLC ladder diagram command is avoided by choosing PLC function block from OMRON.Manual gear shifting and auto loading can be achieved through the communication from MODBUS protocol between PLC and inverter. |
